I actually thought for awhile about the name I wanted for this company and why and this is what I ended up with.
The reason is I want people to know that health and fitness and diet CAN BE SIMPLE!
I see a lot of trainers and infomercials out there trying to sell you these guaranteed workout plans where you balance on one foot while mediating and doing curls to Latin songs?!?!
Know what works for fitness? Pushups
Riding your bike.
Know what works for diet?
Eat lots of veggies
Drink lots of water
It CAN BE SIMPLE!
