I know you want to get out and put winter behind you and get the trails or hike and bike or canoe, kayak…..BUT YOU CANT!
So stomp your feet and wave your hands in the air and scream and curse Mother Nature at the top of your lungs.
Do this in 30 second intervals for 5 minutes.
Do 3 sets and burns some rainy day calories…..
