No Time For Fitness

It’s the new year and it’s time…..AGAIN….to make the fitness resolution! Well this year I’ve decided for a month to complete the no time for fitness workout.

I do 200 squats and 100 push-ups 5 out of 7 days a week for a month. However possible. 10 sets of 20, 4 sets of 50 whatever I feel like as long as I get to 200 squats and 100 push-ups.

Half way thru the mo the workout takes a combined time of 10 minutes a day and I’m already seeing results.

Turns out there’s always time for fitness!
