You know those people. Start off overweight, find some crash diet. Lose a ton of weight then a year later they’re at their heaviest. It’s the same as wanting a magic pill. I need it to happen overnight so I’m gonna cut my calories down to 800 and run a marathon daily. Is that sustainable?
Why does it have to happen overnight? Why not take 6 months or a year to safely get to your goal weight. Why not learn to eat properly and not cut calories. To not starve yourself. Have a simple workout that suits your lifestyle and goals then, keep all of that up for years and years!
I understand you wanna look good for this summer, maybe instead think about every summer.
Don’t plan your diet and workouts around your next 30 days, plan around the next 30 years!
