Simple System To Meditation

I don’t use any crazy “ohms” or listen to flowing water or use guided meditation. I simply use an “Anchor Thought.”

Maybe it’s an image that brings you peace, or your child, or an injury you’re trying to heal. Pick one thought. That’s your Anchor Thought.

Now the point of meditation isn’t to clear or empty your mind, as so many believe. It’s to take even 10 minutes a day and help your focus and relaxation. Use your Anchor Thought. Focus on that. When your mind wanders, and it will, bring your focus back to your Anchor Thought.
