I hear that phrase thrown around ” it’s his genetics.” It’s so easy when we see someone in amazing shape or with six pack abs to spit out how it’s his genetics.

That person probably trains everyday. Probably eats an amazingly healthy diet. When it’s cold, outside they train. When they’re tired, they train. When it would be easy to stop for fast food, they plan ahead and pack a healthy meal. When they wanna cheat and be lazy, they don’t.
You can be “them”
